Day 9 discipline pays off!!

11 days ago I weighed 268.4 Lbs and felt like I was waiting to die my habits were fast food 3-4 times a day and no exercise today just 11 days after committing like never before to to a fitness challenge for 90 days/12 weeks to get in shape and feel good all while trying to help others I am happy to report today's weigh in at 257.2!!! Al l I have done is eat healthy food and taken Herbalife supplements religiously. I also stopped feeling trapped in my own crap and started volunteering to help a local charity and nothing will take you out of yourself like giving your time and focus to someone who really needs a life change. I feel great and my mind is sharp again and I see hope like never before. Heck I even had a chocolate chip muffin last night and can afford to do that once in awhile when I'm eating properly and taking care of my self!! Fitness and diet are not a bad thing they actually allow you to live a free life, free from your mind and body directing your actions and decisions.
