Woke up Late today but got right to it made a Herbalife Shake and had 2 hard boiled egg whites with a banana and some Green tea. for Lunch I got crazy and went all out with some Mesquite charcoal and made Shish Kabob (Chicken) with Green and Red Peppers and some 100% Whole wheat pita with Hummus and Grilled onions (No oil and no over eating) :)
