Day 9 discipline pays off!!
11 days ago I weighed 268.4 Lbs and felt like I was waiting to die my habits were fast food 3-4 times a day and no exercise today just 11 days after committing like never before to to a fitness challenge for 90 days/12 weeks to get in shape and feel good all while trying to help others I am happy to report today's weigh in at 257.2!!! Al l I have done is eat healthy food and taken Herbalife supplements religiously. I also stopped feeling trapped in my own crap and started volunteering to help a local charity and nothing will take you out of yourself like giving your time and focus to someone who really needs a life change. I feel great and my mind is sharp again and I see hope like never before. Heck I even had a chocolate chip muffin last night and can afford to do that once in awhile when I'm eating properly and taking care of my self!! Fitness and diet are not a bad thing they actually allow you to live a free life, free from your mind and body directing your actions and decisions.

Day 2
Woke up Late today but got right to it made a Herbalife Shake and had 2 hard boiled egg whites with a banana and some Green tea. for Lunch I got crazy and went all out with some Mesquite charcoal and made Shish Kabob (Chicken) with Green and Red Peppers and some 100% Whole wheat pita with Hummus and Grilled onions (No oil and no over eating) :)

Day 1 @7pm
Well I was not hungry at all today and ate about 1000 calories which was 2 shakes (Breakfast and dinner) and Chicken with Veggies for lunch, along with each meal I had the following supplements : Total Control, Multi Vitamin, Cell Activator and Cell-U-loss and Fish oil caplet. I had 2 snacks that amounted to a .25 cup of raw almonds and a banana and 2 apples spread out through the day. So Far so good.

Day 0 of a Fit Life 4 Me
Tomorrow I begin a 90 day reset of my eating and living habits. I'm 40 years old and have battled most of my adult life with my weight up and down, up and down, and I sick and tired of the roller coaster so, with a lot of prayer and armed with my trusty bike and scooter and some Herbalife I am going to try to one day at a time lose 88Lbs. I weigh 268 Lbs as of this morning and i am miserable in my health. My doctor the last time I saw him gave me a referral to a gastric bypass clinic! So nothing special as of yet other than I am going to try to blog daily about the journey to My Fit Life.
